42i Internet’s Support Center is dedicated to provide timely assistance to potential issues that our customers may encounter.

By offering different levels of support, most customers can locate a solution from our first level of support. If those areas fail to help or resolve, we do offer ticket, email and phone support to provide the needed assistance.

We have listed our channels below, by number, to display the level that support channel provides ( 1 being self serve and 4 being escalated support ) . When an issue arises, please follow the sequence of channels to locate a solution or notify us of the issue.

Our ticket system simplifies & facilitates the submitting and tracking of support requests to ensure prompt resolution of support issues.
